§ 21A-2. Public facilities; times of operation.

The general public is specifically and strictly prohibited and restricted from using and/or gaining access to public facilities owned and/or operated by the city (excluding therefrom the Marshall Civic Center) during the hours of 12:30 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. unless such use and/or access is specifically authorized in writing by the director of parks and recreation of the city and/or such other individual as is authorized by amending ordinance hereto specifically authorizing such use and/or access during such curfew hours.
