§ 11A-3. Same—Renewal.

(a)

Existing permits must be renewed during the month of August each year and will be valid for a period of twelve (12) months unless cancelled by the permit holder or suspended by the chief of police.

(b)

Permits issued during any month other than August will be valid until the following August unless cancelled by the permit holder or suspended by the chief of police.

(c)

It shall be the responsibility of the permit holder to pay the renewal fee prior to the expiration date.
