§ 30-76. Carriages—Seating capacity; occupation by minors.

  • (a)

    Each carriage operated will have the seating capacity listed on his application for each carriage to be operated. The seating capacity of each carriage will be subject to approval of the chief of police. Under no circumstances will the number of passengers exceed the approved capacity (a baby in-arms shall not be deemed to occupy a seat).

    (b)

    Children under twelve (12) years of age must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or other adult responsible for that child.
