§ 30-67. Fares.

(a)

The permit holder shall file a schedule of fares with the city manager, subject to his approval. Fares may be adjusted only after filing a request through the city manager and approval granted. Minimum and maximum fares must be visibly posted at all embarkation points.

(b)

Tipping shall be prohibited and a statement to this fact shall be visibly displayed on the fares sign at each embarkation point.
