§ 30-57. Terms and conditions of operating authority—Compliance by holders.

In the operation of a horse-drawn carriage service a holder shall comply with the terms and conditions of the holder's operating authority and shall comply with this article, regulations established under this article, and other law applicable to the operation of a horse-drawn carriage service.
