§ 30-50. Suspension of permit.
The city manager, the chief of police or any police officer may temporarily suspend the operation privileges of a permit holder when it finds that it is in the best interest of the city for health or safety reasons.
Notice will be given to the driver or permit holder to immediately suspend operations, stating the reason for the temporary suspension. The permit holder shall not operate a horse-drawn carriage until the cause for suspension has been corrected, reinspected by the office of the chief of police and the suspension lifted by the city manager.
