§ 30-38. Penalty for violation, generally.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for a person to knowingly do or perform any act prohibited herein and it shall be unlawful for a person to knowingly fail to do or perform any act herein. Upon conviction of any violation hereof a person shall be subject to the punishment as provided by this article.
