§ 2A-2. Dancing near place of sale prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to dance at a dance hall, club, or public dance within three hundred (300) feet of any store, building or structure licensed for the sale of alcoholic beverages within the corporate limits of the City of Marshall.
