§ 23-18.1. Same—Obtaining by journeyman plumber on master plumbing contractor license.

Permits may be obtained by a maximum of two (2) journeyman plumbers on a master plumber's license when the master plumber has filed with the plumbing official a $5,000.00 surety bond and affidavit stating the names of the journeymen. The plumbing official may accept in lieu of a $5,000.00 surety bond a certificate of insurance with a minimum $300,000.00 liability.
