§ 22-32. Issuance; waiting period; fee.

  • There shall be a three-day waiting period, beginning one (1) minute after midnight the day of registration, before the city manager may issue a permit to an itinerant vendor, authorizing such itinerant vendor to sell or exhibit for the purpose of taking orders for sale thereof, in the city, his goods or merchandise, after such itinerant vendor has supplied all the information required by the above provisions. The current fee for such permit shall be the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00), unless subsequently amended by the city commission.
