§ 18-5.2. Required inspection mark, stamp, tag or label.

Only meats bearing the inspection mark, stamp, tag, or label of the United States Department of Agriculture, the Texas State Department of Health, any municipality bearing Texas State Approved legend, or the City of Marshall shall be acceptable for sale in the City of Marshall.
