§ 11-2.1. National Electrical Code, 2014 Edition—Adopted by reference.

  • That certain document, one (1) copy of which is on file in the office of the city secretary, being marked and designated as the National Electrical Code, 2014 Edition, be and is hereby adopted as the Electric Code for the City of Marshall, in the State of Texas; to provide and establish the rules and regulations for the construction, alteration, removal and maintenance of electrical wiring and apparatus within the corporate limits of the City of Marshall; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the National Electric Code are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this article; and all matters in said code which are contrary to the existing ordinances of the city shall prevail; and any and all ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby rescinded.
